I guess my mom was wrong about some things.  She used to say, “If you have to ask, then you can’t afford it.”

        Web design simply does not
             follow this philosophy.

However, on the same token, it is simply too difficult to give an exact price without meeting and discussing what kind of site you are looking for.

Suppose that you wanted to have a car built for you.  You know that a company that will build whatever kind of car you want.  This company will already know, without even talking with you, that you will want four tires, a windshield, doors, and some seats.

 However, you want this car to be unique to you and your personality, so you have to talk with them about what color you want the car, what kind of stereo system you want installed, what type of engine, and so on.  You are aware that these options are going to cost a different amount then the base model.

A web design firm, such as phad, needs to discuss with you what type of  “options” you are looking for.  Do you want some java animation?  How about a new logo? Or unique e-mail addresses?  Every company is different so every company will want different options.

However, unlike most car dealers, phad won’t sell you something that you don’t need.  We aren’t going to attempt to convince you that your car needs a winch mounted on the front of it.  Although some people might find it useful, most people would find a winch to be ... well, obnoxious.  The same goes for your web site.  Phad goes out of its way to help you determine the most practical solutions to your web page dilemmas.
